1. About the Official Remoote Certification (ORC)

The Official Remoote Certification (ORC) is a standardized testing program designed to validate, measure, and recognize your competence in various skills relevant to the remote work landscape. This certification serves as credible proof of your abilities, which you can attach to your portfolio, resume, or professional profiles to demonstrate your verified expertise to potential clients and employers.

2. How to Obtain Your ORC Certificate

The process is designed to be straightforward and direct. Follow these steps to earn your certificate:

Step 1: Select and Purchase a Test

Visit our certification catalog on Remoote.net. Choose the test that best aligns with the skills you wish to validate. After a successful purchase through your account, you will receive a unique exam token.
Step 2: Start the Certification Exam

Your exam token is your key to the virtual exam room. When you are fully prepared, navigate to the /start-test page on Remoote.net. Enter your token to begin.

Important: The exam token is exclusively tied to the purchasing Remoote.net account. It cannot be transferred, shared, or used by any other account.

3. Exam Structure and Scoring System

Scoring System

Our scoring is transparent and simple:

Correct Answer: +4 points.
Incorrect Answer: 0 points (no penalty).
Unanswered Question: 0 points.

Exam Structure

Variable Question Count: The number of questions differs for each certification, tailored to the subject's scope.
Per-Question Timer: Each question has its own time limit, measured in seconds. If you fail to answer within the allotted time, the system will automatically move to the next question, and your answer will be marked as unanswered (0 points).
One-Way Navigation: Once you submit an answer by clicking "Next" (or if the timer runs out), you cannot return to previous questions to review or change your answer.
Standard Score Scale: Regardless of the question count, the final score is converted to a standard scale of 0 to 100.

4. After Completing the Exam

Immediately after finishing the last question or when the overall time expires, you will be automatically redirected to the results page.

Understanding Your Result

The result page will display your final numerical score (0-100) and an achievement grade. There is no "Pass" or "Fail" status. Instead, your performance is rated on the following scale:

Score 90 - 100

Excellent

Score 80 - 89

Very Good

Score 70 - 79

Good

Score 60 - 69

Fair

Score 50 - 59

Poor

Below 50

Very Poor

Downloading Your Certificate

You will be able to preview and download your digital certificate as a high-quality PDF. The certificate will state your name, the certification title, your numerical score, the achieved grade, and the completion date.

5. Finality of Results and Retake Policy

CRITICAL NOTICE: Test results are FINAL, NON-NEGOTIABLE, and NON-REPEATABLE.

Whatever score and grade you achieve is the definitive reflection of your performance at that time. There are no opportunities to correct answers or retake the test using the same token.
